The revolutionary s::can spectro::lyser is a full spectrum uv/vis spectrophotometer probe. This unique technology allows you to measure the specific concentrations of numerou distinct toxins that usually require the use of several different cabinet analysers. Parameter concentrations from g/l down to the µg/l region can be measured. Additionally, spectral data can provide a statistical alarm system based on "difference from normal". This provides highly sensitive detection of potentially toxic abnormalities from the complete optical UV/Visible spectrum, enabling a level of precision and long term stability that has not been possible previously. The s::can spectro::lyser can be operated in the internal data-logger mode, via PC/laptop, or via our industrial terminal "con::stat".

The number of concurrently available parameters is eight, and pre set calibrations for many applications are readily available.

All of the functions of a high quality 2-beam laboratory spectrometer are packed into the ultra-compact and robust field instrument. s::can's advanced software options allow the utilisation of the spectral information for rapid and effective investigative work on almost any liquid stream.
